Presentation of the laser cutting machine TruLaser 3030 fiber

As part of the implementation of the largest investment cycle in the last 15 years, we continue the modernization of our production with the new, modern TruLaser 3030 fiber laser sheet cutting machine from TRUMPF, equipped with an automatic sheet loading and unloading system LiftMaster.

The new laser sheet cutting machine boasts 6 kW of maximum power, enabling the cutting of steel sheets up to a thickness of 32 mm. The laser cutting machine uses advanced Fiber technology, allowing for higher cutting productivity compared to CO2 technology. The machine is upgraded with additional equipment, such as an automatic changer and nozzle adjuster, built-in cameras to control the cutting process, the Highspeed ECO cutting package, Smart Collision Prevention system, etc. Machine programming is carried out on the latest version of the TruTops Boost software.
